NFL Picks Week 13
Week 12 was good to me as I improved my season record to 111-49-1 after going 13-2. Hopefully week 13 will be just as good to me as continue to search for an undefeated week. Enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday and check out my picks after the jump.

Revisiting Ja Rule (Throwback Thursday)
Once upon a time in the rap game, before the arrival of Curtis Jackson, Jeffrey Atkins a.k.a. Ja Rule was one of the biggest stars in the game. I could go on about their beef for hours but for right now we're just going to remember some of the hits that Ja brought to us, even though those records often get over looked now since his beef with 50 Cent and serving a prison term have largely (and unfairly) removed him from the consciousness of fickle rap fans. Here are just a handful of the bangers from Ja's catalogue.

NFL Picks Week 9 (Thursday Night Game)
Week 8 saw me finish - , bringing my season record to 72-33-1 for the year. Another solid week in the books. This weeks Thursday night game is a battle for first in what many are now considering the worst division in the NFL, the NFC South. Entering week 9, no team in the division is even at .500 as the Panthers (3-4-1) and the Saints (3-4) are currently in a tie for first. The good news is that after tonight one of these teams will break even with the loser falling to two games under .500 and severely weakens there chances at a playoff run. See my winner for this weeks matchup after the break.

NFL Picks Week 8 (Thursday Night Game)
Week 7 saw me go an impressive (if I must say so myself) 12-3, bringing my season record to 72-33-1. A disappearing act from the reigning champion Seahawks and consistent inconsistent play from the Bears and Browns were responsible for my three losses. Hopefully Week 8 continues to see me trend upward....towards perfection. Peyton Manning, fresh off of setting the all time career touchdown record in a complete dismantling of the 49ers welcome MVP candidate Phillip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers for a pivotal game in the AFC West and the AFC playoff picture overall. This should be a very good game, especially with San Diego desperately needing to keep pace in the division after slipping up last week to the Chiefs. Check out my picks for Thursday nights game after the break.

NFL Picks Week 7 (Thursday Night Game)
Week 6 was another productive week as I tallied an 11-3-1 record, which brings me to 60-30-1 for the season. Week 7's Thursday night game features two teams heading in completely opposite directions as the New England Patriots have started to hit their stride, while the New York Jets are a complete mess, in the front office and on the field. The Patriots suffered two major losses Week 6 as they lost both starting linebacker Jerrod Mayo and running back Steven Ridley for the year. Will that effect them this week against the Jets? Find out after the break.

NFL Picks Week 6 (Thursday Night Game)
49-27. That's my current record after going 13-2 during week 5's batch of games. That's pretty good coming off of a 7-6 week. My only two losses were New England's thrashing of the Bengals (a game I went back and forth on for a couple days) and Detroit falling to the Buffalo Bills. Thanks a lot Alex Henery. Now let's keep the good fortunes rolling heading into week 6.

NFL Picks Week 4 (Thursday Night Game)
Week 3 saw me return to my winning ways with an 11-5 record and a 6-1 mark on the fantasy front (yes, I have 7 teams!). After week 3 my overall record for the season stands at 29-19, a cool 10 games over .500. Week 4 starts with a battle between NFC East rivals, Washington and the New York Giants. The G-Men head to DC after finally showing glimpses of things coming together on the offensive side of the ball as they defeated the Houston Texas, while Washington is coming off a tough loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Check out my predictions for Thursday's night game after the jump.
