This photo was taken earlier today as R&B superstar, Chris Brown appeared in a California court for his hearing, which steams from accusations that he assaulted fellow pop star and former girlfriend, Rhianna. Rhianna did testify today as it was previously stated that she would by her attorney's but the judge presiding over the case ruled against letting cameras into while she testified. Defense attorney Mark Geragos announced that a plea deal had been agreed upon.
